We are very happy with our custom bed. The team made it exactly according to our request, and the final result looks beautiful. The materials are of very good quality, the workmanship is excellent, and the bed feels solid and well-made.

There was a small issue after installation, but the company responded professionally and quickly came back to fix everything. We really appreciated their customer service and willingness to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Thank you to the whole team for your great work. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality custom furniture.

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with—highly precise, professional, and offering excellent quality, with consistent follow-up until total customer satisfaction is achieved. We worked with Ms. Naima, who was absolutely lovely, cooperative, and incredibly responsive, managing the process with utmost professionalism. She warmly guided and advised us on selecting materials and colors, and her fluency in Arabic made the entire experience exceptionally comfortable for us.

I ordered a custom made leather Chesterfield and two chairs from these chaps a few months ago. The products were great and the craftsmanship was fantastic. But soon after we realised that there was an issue with the leather of the Chesterfield sofa. Now what sets apart a company from its competitors is the after sales service. When I raised the issues after a few hiccups the managing director himself got in touch with me and he promised to rectify the defect at no cost to me, sent me multiple leather samples by courier till I could settle on the exact colour and manufactured a whole new piece and delivered it today! See the pictures for yourself below. Well done BAF!! I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for customised furniture and is conscious of quality.
