1. Product Classification

The Vellum Wave Accent Chair is sold as a ready‑made item. No customization, modification, or alteration is available for this product.

2. No Return / No Exchange Policy

This item is non‑returnable and non‑exchangeable once delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects identified at the time of delivery.

3. Delivery Timeline

Delivery will be completed within 48 hours from the time of order confirmation, subject to product availability and delivery scheduling.

4. Inspection at Delivery

Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery. Any visible defects or concerns must be reported immediately to the delivery team.

5. Care & Usage Conditions

Standard upholstery care procedures must be followed to maintain product quality. Avoid harsh chemicals, direct heat, and excessive moisture.

6. Warranty & Compliance

Warranty applies only when the product is used as intended and maintained according to the guidelines above.

Delivery & Returns

Furniture

We offer free delivery for all customized furniture orders within the UAE.
Each furniture piece is made to order based on your approved designs, materials, and specifications.
Production requires 10 days, after which our team will schedule a convenient delivery date and time.
Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the installation area, including elevators, doorways, and staircases.
Any special access requirements should be communicated in advance to avoid delays.

Mattress

We deliver to all emirates across the UAE.
Mattress orders include free delivery, while shipping fees for pillows, toppers, bedding, and accessories are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery takes 1–2 business days for Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, and 2–4 business days for Abu Dhabi, RAK, UAQ, and Fujairah.
You will receive a call, SMS, or email to schedule and track your delivery.
Cash on delivery is available for selected orders, subject to conditions.
International shipping is not available; we currently deliver within the UAE only.
Please ensure the delivery area is accessible and ready for installation.
Inspect your items upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
Returns are accepted for eligible products within the specified return period.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in complete packaging.

We provide delivery for all custom kitchen and marble projects across the UAE.
Every order is produced according to your approved drawings, selected materials, and final site measurements.

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the installation area, including elevators, doorways, and service paths.

Check all items upon delivery and notify us immediately if anything appears incorrect or damaged.
Custom kitchen units, marble countertops, and made‑to‑measure installations cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.

Mattress
- Rotate your mattress every three months, and flip it if it’s double‑sided.
- Use a flat, sturdy bed frame for proper support and durability.
- Protect the mattress with a waterproof, breathable cover and wash it regularly.
- Vacuum the surface every few months and clean stains gently with mild cleaners.
- Let the mattress breathe occasionally by removing bedding for ventilation.
