Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
After 24 hours, items enter production and become non-refundable and non-editable.
Returns are accepted only if:
- Item arrives damaged (report within 48 hours)
- Incorrect item received
- Major manufacturing defect confirmed
In eligible cases, we offer free exchange and store credit.
