Delivery & Returns

Furniture
• We offer free delivery for all customized furniture orders within the UAE.
• Each furniture piece is made to order based on your approved designs, materials, and specifications.
• Production requires 10 days, after which our team will schedule a convenient delivery date and time.
• Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the installation area, including elevators, doorways, and staircases.
• Any special access requirements should be communicated in advance to avoid delays.

Mattress
• We deliver to all emirates across the UAE.
• Mattress orders include free delivery, while shipping fees for pillows, toppers, bedding, and accessories are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Delivery takes 1–2 business days for Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, and 2–4 business days for Abu Dhabi, RAK, UAQ, and Fujairah.
• You will receive a call, SMS, or email to schedule and track your delivery.
• Cash on delivery is available for selected orders, subject to conditions.
• International shipping is not available; we currently deliver within the UAE only.
• Please ensure the delivery area is accessible and ready for installation.
• Inspect your items upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
• Returns are accepted for eligible products within the specified return period.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in complete packaging.
• Custom‑made or special‑order items may not be eligible for return.
• Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved by our team.
• Our customer support team is always available to assist with delivery or return inquiries.

Curtain
• We deliver curtains to all emirates across the UAE.
• Custom‑made curtains include free delivery within the UAE.
• Each curtain order is made to your approved fabric, measurements, and design specifications.
• Production typically requires 7–10 days, depending on fabric availability and order volume.
• Once production is complete, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery and installation time.
• Clients must ensure clear access to windows and installation areas before our team arrives.
• Inspect your curtains upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
• Returns are accepted only for eligible ready‑made items; custom‑made curtains are not returnable.
• Our customer support team is always available to assist with curtain delivery, installation.

Kitchen
• We provide delivery for all custom kitchen and marble projects across the UAE.
• Every order is produced according to your approved drawings, selected materials, and final site measurements.
• Production timelines depend on design complexity and material availability, and our team will share an estimated schedule before work begins.
• Once manufacturing is completed, we will arrange a suitable delivery and installation appointment.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the installation area, including elevators, doorways, and service paths.
• Please inform us in advance of any special access limitations to prevent delays.
• Check all items upon delivery and notify us immediately if anything appears incorrect or damaged.
• Custom kitchen units, marble countertops, and made‑to‑measure installations cannot be returned due to their personalized nature.
• Any manufacturing defects will be handled under our service and warranty policy.
• Our support team is available to assist with delivery, installation, or after‑sales concerns at any time.
