Delivery:

• All orders are delivered within 5–10 days across the UAE.
• Shipments are insured and handled with care.

Returns & Cancellations:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation.
• After 24 hours, items enter production and become non-refundable and non-editable.
• Returns are accepted only if:
  • Item arrives damaged (report within 48 hours)
  • Incorrect item received
  • Major manufacturing defect confirmed
• In eligible cases, we offer free exchange and store credit.
• No returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or minor handcrafted imperfections.
